"I have over 6 years experience working in the child care sector. Within this time I have worked with children aged from 6 months to 5 year old. I have worked as an early years practitioner, and worked my way up to a managerial role. I also have experience working within the foundation stage of a school, where I worked with children in Pre-school and reception. It was within the school I found a passion and a skill for teaching phonics! I have created and implement St. Mark's sessions of phonics for our three year olds, and also support our younger children develop their early literacy skills. I am a very creative person and use this skill to create fun and stimulating activities and an environment to help  children develop and reach their full potential! I am very passionate about offering the highest standard of learning, care and teaching to each child and enjoy watching them meeting their potential!"
