All staff that work within the Pre-School are able to identify children who may be vulnerable to radicalisation and know what to do when they are identified. All pre-school staff help build the children resilience to radicalisation by promoting Fundamental British Values: • Democracy, or decision making • Rule of the law, or understanding that rules matter • Individual liberty, or freedom for all • Mutual respect and tolerance, or treating others as you want to be treated.
